2022 Rose Alors! 750ml bottle

Mostly Mourvèdre this year, with 19% Grenache and 7% Counoise, grown on granite and volcanic soils. Whole cluster pressed to puncheons for fermentation, then racked to tank to age on the fine lees before bottling. We bottled this wine in late July of 2023 and held the wine back until now. Can match pretty much any food. Really. The wine shows a bright salmon color. Very floral nose, strawberries, perhaps a touch of mango. Rich yet subtle on the palate - full malolactic fermentation here. It has nice acids (not too forward). This Rosé is just delicious. There's a wonderful herbal tinge in the finish. Note: Our rosés can age - if you have any older bottles, I would encourage you to try one. Every previous vintage is just lovely to drink. Just 69 cases made. 13% abv.
