Hank Beckmeyer left a mundane career in the music industry for an exciting life as a farmer in 1999.  He is currently
Assistant Winemaker for Shenendoah Vineyards and Sobon Estate in Plymouth, CA, and spends all of his spare time managing the vineyard at LCF.  When he is not busy raising vines, he drinks a lot of good wine and beer
and likes it that way.

 Two business degrees and years of international trade success didn't deter Caroline Hoel from chucking it all
and settling down on The Farm.  First she trained with cheesemakers in France (French Alps and in the Ardeche).  
Now she's a surrogate mother to our many goats, and she spends her free time
making fabulous milk soaps and amazing cheeses.
